Canada Post May be on Strike but We're Still Shipping!
Canada Post Strike: We’re Still Shipping
No stress—your orders are moving. We’ve switched to an alternate courier so deliveries continue without major delays.
What’s Changing (and What Isn’t)
- Shipping continues: We’re using an alternate courier partner to keep business flowing.
- Tracking included: You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
- Delivery times: Most Canadian addresses arrive in ~2–7 business days depending on region. Remote areas may take a bit longer.
- Rates: We’re keeping shipping rates the same or as close as possible. If a route costs more, we’ll find the best option at checkout.
- PO Boxes: Alternate couriers typically can’t deliver to PO Boxes. If you used a PO Box, we’ll email you to confirm a street address.
How We’re Handling Your Order
Orders are produced in-house and packed daily with protective mailers or boxes.
We dispatch pickups or make same-day drop-offs to our alternate carrier for faster handover.
Watch your parcel move via the tracking link in your email. Status updates appear automatically.
FAQ
Will my current order be delayed?
We’re doing everything we can to keep timelines steady. Most orders will see normal transit times; some destinations may be a day or two longer.
Can you ship to my PO Box?
Our alternate carriers usually require a street address. If you only have a PO Box, contact us and we’ll work out the best option.
Do I need to choose a different option at checkout?
Nope. Our checkout will automatically show the best available shipping method for your address.
What about local pickup?
Local pickup in Winnipeg is available. Choose Local pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready.
